At Broken Edits, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below before placing your order.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of your your delivery date under the following conditions:
Item must be unworn and unwashed
Item must be in its original condition with no stains, perfume, or fragrance smells
Item must include original tags, if applicable
Please note: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service. To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment, excluding original shipping charges. Refunds typically take 15 business days to process.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Items marked as final sale or discounted
Items returned with scent, visible wear, or damage
Returns requested after 30 days from purchase
Damaged or Incorrect Items

A photo of the item and packaging
A description of the issue
We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit.
